Our Team Collaborative. Experienced. Embedded in Downtown.

The staff of the Madison Central Business Improvement District (BID) brings deep experience, strong community ties, and a shared passion for downtown Madison’s success.

As a small but nimble team, we work hand-in-hand with property owners, business leaders, cultural partners, and city agencies to deliver on our mission—to strengthen downtown, support our storefronts, and build community.

From event production and public safety coordination to small business advocacy and strategic planning, we’re here to make sure downtown remains a welcoming, vibrant, and economically vital place for all.
